Pricing
We will strive to meet or beat any price on any item.
Before you place your order, please fax (208-344-9087) or mail (see address below) a copy of the competitor's quote or catalog page, or e-mail us with the link to the competitor's page.

We are continually adding products to our database, if you do not see what you are looking for please contact us and we most likely will be able to fill your order.

Minimum Orders
Some manufacturers require that we place a minimum dollar amount order for their products. If we do not have the product in stock and the minimum is not met, we may be forced to delay your order. If you choose, we can also suggest alternatives. Be assured that if your product requires a minimum order we will contact you immediately.

Return Policy
Most merchandise is eligible to be returned, if Altinexsuperstore is notified within 5 days of receipt of product by use of a Request for Return form. Original manufacturer's package must be unopened and undamaged. All shipping costs for returned items are the buyer's responsibility. Refund will be issued after Altinexsuperstore has received and inspected the returned merchandise. Please contact us for specific product returns and restock fees. Note that all orders are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee. Standard manufacturer warranties apply to all products sold at Altinexsuperstore, unless otherwise noted.

To return an item, fill out our Request for Return to obtain an RMA number.

Conditions of Use
The use of this site is governed by these terms and conditions. Please review them on a periodic basis, as they are subject to modification or update at any time and at the sole discretion of Altinexsuperstore. If you visit or shop at Altinexsuperstore, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties
All merchandise received must be inspected upon receipt for possible shortage or freight damage. If any cartons are missing, make a notation to that effect on the delivery receipt before signing it. If there is any damage, you must notify the delivering carrier immediately and arrange for an inspection by a representative of that carrier. All cartons and packing must be kept for inspection.

Altinexsuperstore is willing to assist in collecting claims for loss or damage, but this does not make Altinexsuperstore responsible for filing or collecting claims or replacing materials. Claims for loss or damage must not be deducted from our invoice, nor payment of our invoice withheld pending resolution or your freight claim.

All Altinexsuperstore products are warranted against defects per manufacturers warranty. Except as expressly stated herein, Altinexsuperstore makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Altinexsuperstore site. Except as expressly stated herein, Altinexsuperstore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability of Altinexsuperstore arising from any product sold on the Altinexsuperstore site will be the price of the product ordered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altinexsuperstore and its suppliers will have no liability to you or any third party for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or the product is no longer available, Altinexsuperstore reserves the right to refuse or cancel, without liability, any orders placed for product that is no longer available or is listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has been charged, a credit to your card will be issued promptly. Altinexsuperstore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Altinexsuperstore will not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supplier delays, strikes, shipper delays, technical difficulties, weather and any governmental acts.

Jurisdiction and Venue - Disputes
The Altinexsuperstore site is domiciled in Idaho, USA. You agree that the laws of the State of Idaho will govern any legal action brought against Altinexsuperstore. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of, and orders made, on the Altinexsuperstore site will be an appropriate federal or state court located in Ada County, Idaho, USA. Any cause of action must be brought within one (1) year from the date that the cause of action occurred.

It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card. Please be aware that your Web browser transmits a unique address to us, which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. The FBI investigates Internet fraud cases.
